1. Shipping Confirmation

As soon as your order is dispatched (usually within 1–3 business days), you will receive an automated shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. If you don’t see it in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folder.

2. How to Track

Once you have your tracking number, you can track your parcel directly through our integrated carrier links provided in your shipping email. Alternatively, you can use the official tracking portal of the carrier (e.g., Royal Mail, Evri, or DPD) as specified in your shipping notification.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

As per our shipping policy for the United Kingdom:

  • Handling Time: 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri)
  • Transit Time: 7–14 business days (Mon–Fri)
  • Total Estimated Delivery: 8–17 business days

4. Tracking Updates

Please note that it may take 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier’s system after you receive your tracking number.
