SHIPPING POLICY - VIRTUALPR

1. ORDER PROCESSING & HANDLING TIME
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday). Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

2. ORDER CUT-OFF TIME
Orders placed before 12:00 PM (GMT) will begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.

3. SHIPPING DESTINATIONS & REGIONS
Currently, we ship exclusively to the United Kingdom. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO military addresses at this time.

4. TRANSIT TIME & ESTIMATED DELIVERY
Once your order has been processed and shipped:
- Transit Time: 7–14 business days (Monday–Friday).
- Total Estimated Delivery Time: 8–17 business days (Handling + Transit Time).

5. SHIPPING COST & METHODS
We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders within the United Kingdom. There are no hidden shipping charges or additional costs at checkout.

6. TAXES AND DUTIES
All prices displayed on our website are inclusive of any applicable taxes for customers within the United Kingdom. As we ship locally within the UK, there are no additional customs duties or tariffs for our customers.

7. ORDER TRACKING
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your shipment's progress.

8. ORDER CANCELLATIONS
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at support@virtualpr.co.uk as soon as possible. If the order has already been processed or shipped, please follow our Refund Policy once the item arrives.

9. DAMAGED OR LOST PACKAGES
- Damaged Items: If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. We will provide a prepaid return label and arrange a replacement or refund.
- Lost Packages: If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery window, please reach out to us so we can investigate with the carrier and resolve the issue.
